1. Returns
As all products are made-to-order and custom-produced:
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
- This policy applies to both UAE and international orders.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A detailed description
If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Appropriate resolution
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.
