1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the House of Nay website and the purchase of our products worldwide.

House of Nay is a business registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with applicable UAE laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old
  2. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  3. All information provided is accurate and complete

3. Nature of Our Products

All House of Nay items are:

  1. Pre-ordered
  2. Custom-made
  3. Produced upon order confirmation

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the tailoring process begins.

Due to the handcrafted and embroidered nature of our pieces, minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, or tone may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the artisanal process.

4. Pricing & Currency

  1. Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.
  2. International customers may be charged in their local currency depending on payment provider conversion rates.
  3. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
  4. Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

5. Order Acceptance

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including:

  1. Payment authorization failure
  2. Suspected fraud
  3. Incorrect pricing or product information
  4. Production limitations

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. International Orders & Customs

House of Nay ships worldwide.

For international shipments:

  1. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, embroidery patterns, content, branding, logos, and images on this website are the exclusive property of House of Nay.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  1. House of Nay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
  2. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
